Hi there, I’m Jay and I’m from London. I’m a photographer and lifelong art appreciator, and I set all this up with the aim of helping people rid their lives of bad art. How many times have you walked into a swanky cafe or classy restaurant, and wondered why such an attractive establishment has such terrible artwork on display for all to see? From world class universities, to five-star hotels, to peoples own homes, we really don’t need to suffer with bad art.

So, if you are someone looking for something a little special to liven up your front room, talk to me. If you are a small business owner looking to decorate your new stylish coffee shop in a certain tonal palette, talk to me. If you need to add some chic to the walls of your companies reception area, talk to me. From classic style oil paintings to industrial metal prints, I’ll do my absolute best to accommodate your artistic wishes. Lines of communication will be kept open from first enquiry message, until you receive your final piece.

So look around you. Do you really like what you have hanging on your walls? If by any chance you think it could be better, then you know what to do. Talk to me.

 Framing, Postage, Pricing and Payment

Framing

When it comes to framing, it really comes down to location as to it’s value to you, personally. For our customers in mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, we strongly recommend getting your art piece framed by us, and then posted to you. Depending on size and style, framing only usually adds a few hundred RMB to your finished art piece, and taking a piece to another framing company can lead to some unpleasant price surprises, as many customers have found out. But if you are in Japan, Korea, or further, then the added cost of shipping a framed piece would lose it’s value, and we recommend finding a trusted and reasonable framing service local to yourself.

For the actual type of frame for your art piece, as always, talk to me! If you have a certain style, material, colour or detailing in mind I’ll do my absolute best to fulfil your wishes. And if you’re not sure, I will happily offer you a few tasteful suggestions that would work well with your final piece.

Postage

All art pieces will be shipped securely and safely, extremely well wrapped and carefully delivered to your door. For framed photo and art prints we prefer to use high quality acrylic instead of glass, purely for safety of delivery during postage. Unfortunately, even the smallest bump can sometimes shatter glass. The high quality acrylic we use for our art prints is barely distinguishable from glass, and is much lighter for postage costs, and stronger for longevity of your framed piece.

We only use trusted and careful delivery postage companies, and for more expensive pieces we recommend delivery insurance, which only adds a relatively small cost to the final price, but the piece of mind is priceless.

Depending on the purchased item and postage location, delivery times vary, but we generally aim to get your piece to you within 7-21 days. If your piece needs to be with you in a hurry, just let me know and I’ll do my best to get it to you asap.

 Pricing and Payment

By working with only very select artists, I do my utmost to offer the best quality art pieces, for the best price. I don’t run this as a faceless e-commerce shop, and because I personally believe in customer service, that’s what I offer.

For many commissioned paintings or art pieces, there often isn’t a “set price.” Variables such as size, style, frame choices, delivery location, insurance and more can greatly affect the final price of a piece. An A4 sized photo print of London Bridge would be considerably less then a 3-metre square oil painting of Aunt Florence. But from first enquiry until delivery of final piece, all communication will be kept open throughout all stages of your order, and you will be regularly updated with all progress.

All payment needs to be made via bank transfer, and all orders will be delivered with invoice/receipt. If you have any further questions or inquiries then please don’t hesitate to ask.
